Thank you for choosing Misfit Theatre YYC for your theatre experience. We want to ensure that our policies regarding refunds and cancellations are clear, so please take a moment to review the following information:

All Theatre Tickets are non-refundable.

1. All Theatre Tickets are non-refundable. Once a ticket or program has been purchased, it cannot be refunded, unless otherwise noted. Exchanges are permitted by calling emailing the box office at least 72 hours before the performance.

2. Live presentations are subject to federal, provincial, and municipal controls in place for social gatherings. We will uphold these regulations to ensure the safety of our cast, crew, staff, and patrons alike.

3. No exchanges or refunds will be provided if a scheduled show or program is cancelled due to factors beyond Misfit Theatre YYC's control. However, if Misfit Theatre YYC cancels a show for reasons within its control, patrons may opt for exchange, credit, tax receipt issuance for their donation, or refund.

We value your support in upholding these policies, which ensure enjoyable theater experiences while prioritizing safety. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns about our refund and cancellation policies.

While each show may have different rules in place, in general latecomers will not be seated until a suitable break in the performance and for some productions may not be admitted. Patrons who leave the theatre during the performance will not be admitted back until intermission.  If late seating is permitted, be warned that you may unwittingly become part of the performance!

We are committed to ensuring that all patrons have an enjoyable and accessible theater experience at the Pumphouse Theatre. Wheelchair-accessible seating is provided in both of our theaters.
