We require two volunteer ushers for each performance for our upcoming run of DADS! The Musical , November 1- 8 in the Joyce Doolittle Theatre at the Pumphouse!
Volunteers are our lifeblood from onstage performers to production teams and backstage crew...and YOU, the ushers, our first face to our ticketed guests! We couldn't do it without you. And BONUS.... you get to see this amazing show for FREE

DADS! The Musical is an uproariously funny and poignant look at three first-time dads, suddenly unemployed, who choose to stay at home and take charge of fatherhood. DADS! is witty, clever, relevant, and shows the nature of a changing society, where social viewpoint and entertainment meet.

We’re running a Christmas Chocolate Fundraiser with Purdy’s to help raise money for our next show — and you can treat yourself (or someone special) while supporting community theatre!

Due to unforeseen circumstances we are unable to run this workshop and it has been cancelled until further notice

Misfit Theatre YYC acknowledges Treaty 7 Territory as our home, which encompasses the traditional lands of the Blackfoot Confederacy, including the Kainai, Siksika, and Piikani Nations, as well as the Tsuu T'ina (Dene) Nation and the Stoney/Nakoda Nation, comprising the Bearspaw, Chiniki, and Wesley Nations, along with the Métis Nation Region 3. We recognize and honor the stewardship of these Indigenous peoples over the land on which we operate.
Acknowledgment is merely the first step toward meaningful support; as we move forward, we aspire to become better allies, facilitators, and advocates for our Indigenous neighbors. We respect, champion, and uplift underrepresented voices in all jobs. Our stages and stories aim to reflect the beauty, diversity, and nuance of our city. We want to work with artists from every walk of life; we want to see talent we haven’t seen before; we want to see you and your art.
